Full P&L responsibility for Morrisons (sales, margin, agreed trade investment)
Direct ownership: Morrisons Main estate, Convenience, Online & wholesale
Accountable for joint business planning, negotiations and execution across all formats
Own performance, delivering availability, distribution and well-being visibility
Customer Leadership: Own Morrisons relationships, lead JBP’s, negotiations and growth plans aligned to customer strategy
Joint business planning & Negotiation: Develop and deliver annual JBP’s, Trade plan and commercial negotiations to drive profitable growth
Execution Excellence: Deliver availability, distribution, feature space and promotional compliance across all formats
Commercial Delivery: Own forecasts, budgets and trade spend; deliver revenue and margin targets
Insight-Led Growth: Translate category, shopper and customer data into clear actions and opportunities
Cross-Functional Alignment: Align category, supply, marketing and Finance to successfully land plans and deliver results
Requirements
Strong UK Top 6 grocery national account experience
Proven delivery of JBP’s and customer negotiations that drive profitable growth
Full P&L ownership with strong commercial decision making
Highly numerate with strong revenue management capability
High analytical capability; translates data and insight into clear commercial actions
