Role Overview
- Spearhead continued growth of one of the UK’s most loved charities, developing a new brand strategy.
- Set up values-led partnerships, positioning the brand to meet audience needs and wants.
- Execute integrated campaigns that extend the DofE’s reach, influence and income.
- Champion the audience in everything we do and be passionate about data driving decisions.
- Manage a small team, driving brand marketing activity that delivers against strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Experience of leading a marketing team of 2+ people.
- Excellent knowledge of integrated brand marketing processes including brand management and development.
- A proven track record crafting and implementing multichannel brand marketing strategies.
- Experience in developing and managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Experience across audience research and supporter journeys.
- Excellent ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of brand marketing KPIs, CRMs and GDPR.
