Senior Accountant

Role Overview

• Maintain up-to-date accounting records to ensure the group's monthly reporting deadlines are met
• Manage all accounting activities up to tax filing; support from a certified accountant is available if needed
• Handle tax filings (VAT, etc.) on a monthly basis
• Oversee and manage bank accounts and prepare cash flow forecasts for internal reporting
• Support the group's finance team with relevant and sufficient information to help achieve financial objectives
• Liaise with internal and external advisors (accountants, auditors, etc.) to ensure compliance for the French entity

Requirements

• Experienced accountant (minimum 10 years) in an international environment (English level B2/C1 required) or experience in an accounting firm
• Independent and open-minded, able to manage own workload
• Ability to maintain an overall view of accounting processes to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Efficient and proactive
