You will work as part of a small, diverse team implementing the Previse software for our clients within the Previse project delivery framework
Customize the Previse software to meet client requirements
Plan and deliver end-user training for the software
Analyze and translate requirements into functional specifications
Conduct testing and support go-live activities
Opportunity to work on client-specific engagements
Collaborate with internal teams and specialists to analyze complex requirements and develop solution recommendations to enhance Previse
Support the product team's testing plans based on customer-facing experience
Assist and mentor Previse colleagues unfamiliar with the software in using those tools

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field
5–8+ years of IT experience working in professional services teams
Strong team player who performs well under pressure and enjoys challenging work with experienced, high-performing colleagues
Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good documentation and presentation abilities
Basic SQL skills, including database handling
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong attention to detail
Knowledge of energy trading and/or derivatives trading is desired
