4+ years in marketing ops, project management, or campaign management at a DTC, SaaS, or health brand
Proven ability to run parallel campaigns across paid, organic, email, and/or CRM channels without dropping the ball
Hands-on AI tooling — you've automated a brief template, a status report, or a content calendar. Show the work.
Strong written English — all coordination is async
Familiarity with tools like Asana, Notion, Monday.com, or equivalent
