Homeaglow is a fast-growing, fully remote company in the home services space. They are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Senior Manager to own and optimize Meta, Influencer, and Podcast marketing, focusing on rigorous experimentation and performance analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Own strategy and execution for Meta (customer and cleaner acquisition), including serving as hands-on operator within the ad accounts
- Manage external agency for Influencer and Podcast channels with high performance standards, with opportunity to evaluate and introduce in-house capabilities in the future
- Develop, implement, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing, ensuring statistical significance and meaningful performance insights
- Continuously analyze data and performance metrics to improve efficiency and ROI
- Communicate findings and strategy recommendations clearly and proactively
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Maintain organized processes to track and measure performance marketing success
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in paid social (Meta)
- Proven success optimizing and scaling Meta campaigns with 7-figure monthly budgets
- Highly data and analytics focused —must be comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and testing methodologies
- Detail-oriented with a love for being in the weeds
- Be highly tactical, enjoying tactics as strategy
- Organized self-starter who thrives in an autonomous work environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills—essential for remote work and cross-functional collaboration
- Deep understanding of analytics, including confidence intervals, statistical testing, and experimental design
- Experience with influencer and podcast marketing
- Experience in SaaS, two-sided marketplaces, or home services
- Proficiency in SQL or Python for deeper data analysis
