Work with manufacturer partners to ensure all prep work is completed to successfully onboard a new program
Utilize various resource planning tools to staff new programs appropriately and ensure department efficiency going forward
Ensure all manufacturer dashboards, department year-to-date KPI’s, and team member scorecards are updated and distributed in a timely manner
Partner with Technical Service leadership to help oversee the planning and execution of team restructures
Coordinate all virtual and in-house partnership meetings that are required leading up to the program go live date
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports while ensuring standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Requirements

Solid ability to prioritize tasks and work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with computers, various software systems, and technology infrastructure (MS Office, Salesforce, Bloomfire, Calabrio, API)
Experience building strong relationships with multiple business partners as well as internal/external customers
Experience managing projects and proactively communicate status to key team members
Attention to detail
Fantastic communication skills & proficiency in English (verbal and written)
