You will independently own end-to-end recruiting for our open positions and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
To find the best talent and convince them of Mawave, you will use targeted active sourcing and build long-term, strong talent pipelines and pools for all our roles.
After a successful signature, you will also shape the pre-onboarding process to ensure a smooth start for new colleagues.
You will be the point of contact for our hiring managers, provide them with recruiting reports, and act as a sparring partner for teams on all talent acquisition matters.
As the interface to external partners (e.g., for tools and events), you will continuously ensure we derive value from strong partnerships.
You will support employer branding activities on a project basis, such as recruiting campaigns and events.

You are passionate about recruiting strategies and have several years of experience filling non-technical roles.
You have active sourcing skills and have successfully filled positions through direct candidate outreach.
Conducting interviews and assessing candidates professionally energizes you.
Your job does not end with a signed contract: you are committed to providing new Mawavies with an excellent onboarding experience.
You enjoy taking responsibility, act proactively and solution-oriented, and keep a cool head even during stressful periods (e.g., hiring sprints).
You are fascinated by social media and the marketing world and are excited about finding the best talent for these positions.
You are very familiar with Google Workspace.
You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
