Role Overview
- Manage and route inquiries from the Finance inbox
- Support invoice processing
- Maintain vendor and customer master data
- Assist with employee expense claims
- Support the preparation and issuance of invoices
- Help create regular reports
- Ensure financial data is maintained accurately and efficiently
- Assist with invoice postings in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
- Support payment run preparations
- Help reconcile bank transactions and incoming payments
- Contribute to account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Support regulatory reporting requirements
- Work closely with colleagues across Finance and other departments
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong interest in accounting and finance processes
- Good Excel skills
- Proactive team player with strong communication skills in English; German skills are a plus
