Realignment and further development of the SHUK commercial and personal-lines business within the context of property and casualty (P&C) insurance
Manage and expand the SHUK business unit according to profit
and growth-oriented metrics
Responsibility for product development, portfolio management and the strategic evolution of existing product offerings
Ensure stable, sustainable customer and intermediary/broker satisfaction
Restructure and optimize existing portfolios with a focus on profitability, growth and market positioning
Establish, maintain and develop external customer and broker relationships as well as internal interfaces
Lead, develop and motivate assigned employees
Continuously optimize workflows, processes and structures to increase efficiency
Drive strategically relevant projects as part of digitalization efforts
Responsibility for cost and personnel planning within the area

Successfully completed degree in economics with a focus on insurance, or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in the SHUK P&C lines
Several years of leadership experience, ideally including work in change and transformation environments
Strong sales orientation and an excellent understanding of product, portfolio and market mechanics in the insurance business
Broad knowledge of project management, particularly in scaled agile projects
Enthusiasm for innovation and a passion for developing and digitalizing business models
Above-average commitment, strong organizational skills and a high implementation focus
Analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to develop unconventional solutions
Strong communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to lead people through change processes
