Role Overview
- Guarantee an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience
- Discover client needs and expectations, fostering meaningful relationships
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador promoting the Brand philosophy
- Achieve individual and team sales target
- Provide excellence service in accordance to the client journey ceremony
- Exceed individual sales targets and maximize own sales performances
- Demonstrate excellence knowledge of products and Prada history
- Capture Customer data into the Company CRM
- Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset
- Maintain knowledge of the world of luxury fashion and discuss with customers
- Take ownership of resolving Client complaints
- Utilize Company digital tools for luxury experience
- Host and conduct customer appointments in person or virtually
- Maintain organized stock room and assist daily operations
Requirements
- Passion in fashion, dynamic and enthusiastic
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in sales
- Candidate from Luxury/Fashion/Cosmetics industry would be an advantage
- Customer-oriented and strong strive to achieve sales
- Good team-player and result-oriented
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
