- Capture Customer data into the Company CRM to connect to the client

- Build and maintain knowledge of luxury fashion trends and competitors
- Take ownership of resolving Client complaints
Requirements
- Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand
- Understanding of luxury customer service
- Experience in building a long-lasting relationship with clients
- Being able to work in a team as well as alone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
