Execute sales operations processes (creating Insertion Orders (IOs) via the system, tracking and monitoring receipt of IOs by agencies, receiving and managing materials for airing/placement, and other sales operation tasks);
Interface with all company departments and monitor operational processes such as ad placements (encaixes), Credit, Legal, Billing, Contracts and other workflows;
Prepare low-complexity commercial proposals, reports, letters, declarations and post-sale reports;
Check availability of sponsorships and spot/one-off media to expedite the sales process;
Make adjustments to commercial projects and send product opportunities to clients and agencies;
Provide support to clients and agencies within the Sales/Commercial area.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or near completion in Advertising, Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing, or related fields;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint;
Systems thinking, organization, discipline, proactivity and adaptability;
Experience with commercial and/or administrative routines is desirable;
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Pipedrive and AdSim is a plus;
Experience working in agencies or media outlets is a plus.
