Role Overview
- Support and independently contribute to ongoing civil and commercial law advice for our clients, with a focus on distribution law
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating distribution agreements
- Working on the enforcement and defense of civil and commercial claims — both out of court and in court
- Analyzing legal issues in the distribution environment and developing pragmatic solutions
Requirements
- Above‑average legal qualifications, ideally with initial professional experience in an advisory environment
- Entry‑level to relevant professional experience in distribution, commercial or business law
- Strong advisory skills and interest in direct client contact
- Initial to relevant experience working with AI‑supported legal advisory solutions
- Business‑fluent English, both written and spoken
- Structured, independent working style and professional demeanor
