Coordinator – Maternal, Infant, and Fetal Mortality Review

Role Overview

• Obtaining, managing, and organizing health care and related records for MFIMR case reviews;
• Abstracting information and preparing comprehensive case summaries;
• Coordinating and facilitating quarterly MFIMR Panel meetings;
• Developing, documenting, and communicating Panel recommendations to stakeholders;
• Supporting program planning, data quality, coordinating and drafting the annual legislative report, and continuous improvement activities;
• Collaborating with internal and external partners involved in maternal and infant health initiatives;

Requirements

• Registered Nurse or other licensed health care professional
• BA/BS plus 3-5 years of professional experience in health care, public health, or related field
• Experience facilitating meetings
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
