Role Overview
- Support and optimize campaigns across multiple paid channels
- Collaborate closely with creators, partners, and internal teams to drive measurable impact
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid performance campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Assist with campaigns planning across paid channels
- Identify trends, and suggest optimization opportunities
- Coordinate creatives generation process
- Brief creatives based on performance insights and testing needs
- Monitor performance and analyze results
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards
- Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives and launches
Requirements
- Solid experience in digital marketing (performance, influencer etc.), or a related field (internships included)
- A solid understanding of performance marketing metrics like CPC, CPA, ROAS
- A hands-on, detail-oriented mindset
- you’re comfortable working with campaign setups, dashboards, and data
- Strong analytical thinking: you enjoy spotting patterns, drawing insights, and turning them into actions
- Curiosity and drive
- you ask questions, test ideas, and actively look for ways to improve results
- A structured way of working, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English, Czech or German would be a plus.
