Role Overview
- Draft intermediate pleadings in execution proceedings;
- Conduct court-related diligences (filings, appearances, etc.);
- Monitor and follow up on the release/withdrawal of court-authorized funds (alvará);
- Execute enforcement actions on behalf of the plaintiff.
Requirements
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Knowledge of civil procedure;
- Ability to draft pleadings quickly and accurately;
