Support commercial growth across the ANZEA and APAC regions
Travel extensively throughout Australia and internationally to support customers, dealers, distributors, and events
Deliver hands-on product demonstrations and real-world field experiences
Support dealer and retail training programs
Gather customer feedback, field insights, and market intelligence

Genuine passion for gold prospecting, metal detecting, outdoor adventure, and related communities
Background in gold prospecting, metal detecting, outdoor recreation, adventure tourism, retail, sales, training, customer engagement, or marketing
Strong understanding of the customer
Ability to build authentic relationships within the detecting community
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confidence to engage with customers, deliver demonstrations, conduct training, and represent the brand at events
Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and clearly explain product features and benefits
Experience in marketing, events, dealer support, training, or customer engagement is advantageous
