Role Overview
- Own end-to-end design of medium-complexity product features from problem discovery to final delivery
- Translate user and business needs into clear, scalable UX/UI solutions
- Create user flows, mockups, visually polished UI, and interactive prototypes
- Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to validate design quality and decisions
- Contribute to and evolve shared design systems and UX standards across products
- Partner closely with product managers and engineering to ensure smooth delivery and high UI implementation quality
- Continuously improve UX using qualitative and quantitative insights
Requirements
- Strong expertise in UX/UI, usability, and human-centered design principles
- Strong visual design skills, with the ability to create clear, consistent, and visually appealing product UI
- Practical knowledge of AI technologies, best practices and patterns
- Skills in AI-assisted tools to improve design quality, speed, and decision-making
- Ability to independently solve complex product problems with clear design rationale
- Experience working in cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams (B2B/SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; well-organized, and comfortable owning work end to end
- Proactive approach to work
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

- Evidence of collaboration with Product and Engineering and iteration based on feedback
