Design, develop, operate technology solutions in support of a Marketing or Product Organization.
Lead critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies.
Work with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions.
Serve as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.
Define strategy, technical roadmap, and business cases for rapid delivery of new applications and enhancements.
Serve as the voice of the customer, providing subject matter expertise on marketing technology platforms, CX solutions, billing systems, and other technical applications.
Lead technical projects using Agile methodology, including planning, execution, use of standard Agile tools, Epic creation, and User Story development.
Define requirements, write code, document, create user stories, execute test cases, debug applications, and interact with users for system requirements and modifications.
Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams, manage system settings, plan and execute testing, and prepare channel readiness documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
7+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.
