Establish guidelines, measurement plans
Define stakeholder strategy across therapeutic areas.
Establish frameworks for stakeholder prioritization, engagement intent, and channel selection
Own the design, cadence, and governance of advisory boards across the portfolio.
Ensure clear objectives, eliminate duplication, and optimize stakeholder engagement frequency.
Develop and maintain KOL strategies by TA.
Define speaker bureau strategy including optimal speaker count, allocation across therapeutic areas, and utilization strategy.

10+ years in pharma/biotech with experience in HCP marketing, stakeholder strategy, or medical-commercial interface.
Experience with Rheumatology and/or Ophthalmology strongly preferred
Experience working with networks/supergroups
