Responsible for leading all Pre-Access related functions including administering, coordinating and reviewing the performance of their assigned Scheduling team
Identifying and implementing strategies to improve processes, promote operational efficiency, enhance the patient experience and meet regulatory compliance guidelines

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of leadership experience
7+ years of Revenue Cycle or Patient Access experience
Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required
Strong executive presence with the ability to project confidence, credibility and authority
Experience managing multiple health systems required
