People Resolution Partner, Bilingual Spanish Preferred

Role Overview

• Provide consultation, decision support, and case resolution across human capital matters
• Manage complex inquiries escalated from the HR service center
• Lead end-to-end resolution of complex employee relations and workforce cases
• Frame risk and structure clear decision pathways
• Identify trends and recurring issues to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS degree
• Minimum of 5 years of human resources experience
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
• HR designation strongly preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
• Previous experience in an Associate/Employee Relations or Human Resources position strongly preferred
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with leaders of all levels, both written and verbal, strongly preferred
• Strong consultative and coaching skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and guide stakeholders strongly preferred
