Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Typically, a minimum of 8 years of relevant legal, legal operations, or litigation operations experience.
Advanced knowledge of legal concepts, terminology, and procedures relevant to legal or litigation support functions.
Strong understanding of law office and litigation office administration, facilities management, budgeting, purchasing, and legal technology.
Working knowledge of legal operations, litigation operations, project management, financial management, and process improvement concepts.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to analyze issues, develop solutions, and support implementation.
