Ensure ITIL Service Transition activities are governed, executed, and supported in alignment with the ITIL service model
Drive process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement across change and release enablement practices
Collaborate on ServiceNow enhancements, including workflow improvements, automation opportunities, and reporting capabilities
Partner with engineering and development teams to evolve change and release practices, supporting increased efficiency, automation, and alignment with modern delivery models
Monitor and report on key Change Management metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
Support audit and compliance activities through accurate, complete, and defensible documentation
Facilitate CAB meetings, ensuring effective decision-making, readiness, and clear stakeholder communication
Serve as a subject matter expert and resource to business partners and team members, providing guidance on change and release processes
Review and validate change records for completeness, accuracy, CI alignment, and appropriate risk classification
Monitor and report on key metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
Support audit and compliance activities with clear, defensible documentation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
5+ years of experience in related field. In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
Experience working in a hybrid model with internal teams and managed service providers
Experience facilitating CAB or similar governance forums
Familiarity with CMDB and CI relationships
Experience driving process improvements or platform enhancements
