Partner with Wealth Management, Investment Management, Operations, Compliance, and Technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and data mapping documentation
Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements
Perform gap analyses and recommend process improvements and technology solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
Develop detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
