About this role
Role Overview
- Partner with Wealth Management, Investment Management, Operations, Compliance, and Technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
- Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and data mapping documentation
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements
- Perform gap analyses and recommend process improvements and technology solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Develop detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Requirements
