Help solicit, develop, and maintain business relationships with members and clients
Provide customer service and sell specialized products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs
Drive results by reviewing information requests for specialized products and services and promoting and selling them according to client needs and the unit’s business objectives and strategies
Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures
Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention
Advise members and clients on specialized products and services and ensure their satisfaction
Review client needs and compile and analyze relevant data
Assist members and clients by listening to their needs and proposing personalized solutions
Help identify your unit’s operational risks and opportunities for improvement
Stay up to date on the latest standards, products, and services in your field.
Requirements
College diploma in a related field
Minimum of one year of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Advanced proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties, required work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients
