Lead channel strategy development across assigned product verticals
Manage retailer P&L investment mix; track NPD performance, promotional effectiveness, and trade spend ROI
Develop components of the go-to-market plan including launch plans, assortment & shelf strategy, and annual commercial priorities in partnership with Sales
Analyze POS, Nielsen, and internal sales data to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations
Create sales enablement materials including sell sheets, product decks, and retailer-ready presentations
Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and in-store activity to inform strategy and surface risks or opportunities
Requirements
5–8+ years in commercial strategy, category management, sales planning, or related fields
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using POS data, syndicated data, and internal sales reporting
Demonstrated understanding of retail execution, trade investment levers, pricing strategy, and channel management in a consumer products environment
Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable partnering with Product Management and Product Marketing and presenting to senior commercial leaders
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field required
