About this role
Role Overview
Improve the customer implementation cycle by identifying and removing friction across onboarding and provisioning — accelerating time-to-revenue and lifting revenue yield from new and existing services across the base
Identify and execute opportunities to grow product intensity within the base, increasing the adoption and depth of TELUS solutions across each account
Partner closely with product teams to interlock on new product launches and surface cross-sell and upsell opportunities, aligning the right solutions to the right customers at the right moment in their journey
Make AI part of the routine — proactively identifying where AI and automation can elevate analytics, customer treatments, and journey optimization, and championing adoption across the team
Coordinate cross-functional execution across product, sales, product marketing, account based marketing, and operations to deliver a seamless, consistent customer experience
Tailor journey and base strategies to the distinct realities of Enterprise and Public Sector customers, navigating the procurement and compliance considerations unique to public business
Track and identify evolving industry and market trends to support base insights and inform business decisions
Requirements
Data Analyst: You thrive on deep dives into massive datasets, build robust models to extract meaningful insights, and turn numbers into precision-based evidence that drives strategy forward
Storyteller & Communicator: You excel at distilling complex information into simple, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
Collaborator: You bridge the gap between complex technical outputs and your team’s collective goals, actively seeking insights built together with stakeholders
Strategic Thinker: You see the bigger picture, proactively seek complementary data points, and condense complex information from multiple sources into integrated insights
Organizer: You’re not fazed by needing to condense complex information from multiple stakeholders into a single clean, integrated source of truth, and you’re looking to take this skill to the next level
Chameleon: Uncertainty and ad-hoc asks excite you rather than scare you; you’re at home in an ever-changing environment and relish being faced with dynamic new problems
Great-to-haves: Proficiency in French (verbal and written)
MBA or CPA is an asset, but not a requirement
Prior telecommunications expertise
