About this role
Role Overview
Identify and connect with potential customers that match Paystone’s ideal customer profile.
Conduct high-volume outreach through phone, email, and social media, including 80+ dials per day.
Research companies and decision-makers to personalize your outreach.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads before passing them to Account Executives.
Complete live call transfers to Account Executives when prospects are ready to engage.
Manage leads and activities in the CRM, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Partner with Account Executives to support territory planning and pipeline growth.
Follow up consistently with prospects to keep opportunities moving forward.
Share ideas, market insights, and best practices with the team.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, business development, customer engagement, or lead generation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Confidence speaking with prospects by phone and the ability to explain value clearly.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet activity and performance targets, including a goal of 4 qualified meetings per week.
Strong organization and time management skills.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and personal accountability.
Comfort using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
Ability to research target markets, identify opportunities, and tailor outreach.
BTS, DTS, Licence, or an equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field would be an asset.
