Conduct stakeholder analysis and assess project impacts for the projects under your responsibility
Develop a change management strategy designed to achieve the targets set for projects
Identify risks associated with the strategies developed and determine mitigation measures
Coordinate activities related to the change management strategy and plan within the project(s) and ensure alignment with the overall plan
Support managers in leading and implementing change
Contribute to the development of a skills development strategy
Report on change management activities
Develop tools to facilitate the implementation of change
Participate in the preparation, content development and follow-up of various documents for senior management (presentations, policies, procedures, guides, etc.)
Manage the logistics of operations related to your activities
Requirements
University degree in Human Resources management or another related field
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in similar roles
Knowledge of property and casualty (P&C) insurance is an asset
Ability to influence others
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
