Deliver high‑quality P&O operational services while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the SEA region
Help standardize and continuously improve core HR processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience
Standardizing and centralizing core HR operational processes, including Benefits Administration, Work Visa support, Employee Ticketing, and Onboarding
Providing accurate, timely, and compliant P&O advice aligned with company policies and local labor legislation
Supporting and guiding stakeholders on employee relations matters, including performance management, misconduct, grievances, and conflict resolution
Coordinating and executing employee lifecycle processes such as promotions, job changes, terminations, and employee data updates
Partnering closely with P&O Partners, Recruitment, and business teams across SEA
Ensuring high data quality, documentation standards, and local system accuracy, including audits, reporting, and statutory filings
Representing the region and contributing to regional and global P&O projects
Requirements
More than 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar function, with multi‑country scope
Hands‑on experience across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, immigration matters, and offboarding
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices across key regions
High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy, compliance, and process adherence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and take a proactive, solution‑oriented approach
