Support FP&A IT business partners by delivering financial analysis, insights, and reporting to inform strategic and operational IT decisions.
Contribute to the annual operating plan, forecast, and long‑range planning processes for Enterprise IT, including operating expense and project‑related spend.
Analyze actual results versus plan and forecast, identifying key cost drivers, risks, and opportunities across IT portfolios.
Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support IT investments, initiatives, and prioritization decisions.
Prepare clear and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for IT leadership, finance governance forums, and senior management.
Support cost optimization, productivity, and value‑capture initiatives across Enterprise IT.
Partner with other FP&A, Finance, and Enterprise teams to ensure alignment with enterprise financial processes, assumptions, and timelines.
Continuously improve analytical methods, reporting tools, and financial processes to enhance insight quality and efficiency within IT FP&A.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required , preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
4–6+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or a related analytical role.
Strong analytical and financial‑modeling skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial planning/reporting systems.
Preferred: Experience supporting IT, digital, or technology‑focused finance teams.
Exposure to large, complex, or global organizations.
Interest in progressing toward FP&A Manager or IT Business Partner roles.
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business and technical stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Strong communication , organization, and problem‑solving skills.
