Provide strategic leadership for the end‑to‑end Spine supply chain, including demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing, inventory management, and distribution.
Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned to business growth, product lifecycle management, and commercial priorities.
Lead and develop high‑performing global and regional teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and succession planning.
Partner cross‑functionally with Commercial, R&D, Quality, Finance, and Regulatory teams to support new product introductions and lifecycle optimization.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels, reduce cost, improve inventory turns, and strengthen supply resilience.
Ensure compliance with all quality, regulatory, and environmental health & safety requirements across the supply chain network.
Manage external manufacturing and logistics partners to ensure performance, risk mitigation, and long‑term capability.
Own supply chain performance metrics and financial outcomes, including budget management and productivity targets.
Anticipate and proactively manage supply risks, disruptions, and capacity constraints.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
Typically, 12-14 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing leadership roles, with significant scope and complexity.
Proven experience leading large, cross‑functional and/or global teams at a senior leadership level.
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes in a regulated environment (medical device, pharmaceuticals, or comparable industry).
Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, cost productivity, and service performance.
Experience partnering with senior commercial and functional leaders to deliver business results.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
