Role Overview
Serve as a strategic advisor and technical expert
Lead targeted engagements that accelerate product adoption
Facilitate executive-level workshops
Provide feedback that directly crafts Cisco’s product roadmap
Identify and mitigate adoption risks
Document adoption plans and multi-functional communications
Guide customers on strategic and tactical decisions
Requirements
10–12+ years in security consulting or technical customer success roles
Expert-level knowledge of Secure Access, Umbrella, DUO, ISE, NGFW, Secure Workload, and XDR/SNA
Solid understanding of how security integrates with SDWAN and Data Center (ACI) architectures
Expert in verifying customer requirements and driving ongoing utilisation of advanced security features across global ecosystems
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Multiple advanced certifications (CISSP or CISM plus CCIE preferred)
