About this role
Role Overview
Entering and maintaining data in the timekeeping system
Managing personnel master data in the HR information system and personnel files
Coordinating and scheduling job interviews
Preparing employment contracts, reference letters and other HR-related documents
Assisting with monthly payroll processing, including monitoring deadlines and schedules
Preparing various reports (sick leave rates, workforce planning, etc.)
Requirements
Completed vocational training in a commercial/business field
Professional experience in HR administration
Strong communication skills when interacting with employees across all departments
Self-motivated and solution-oriented work style
Proficient in common MS Office applications
Knowledge of labor law, social security and payroll tax regulations
