Research and qualify companies with potential for Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Business Central.
Conduct outbound prospecting using market tools.
Map and engage different decision-makers (CFO/Finance, COO/Operations, Supply Chain, IT/CIO, CEO/Owner).
Create personalized messaging, schedule qualified meetings, and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales and pre-sales teams.
Maintain CRM discipline: consistent record-keeping, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring data quality.

Proven experience in ERP prospecting (Totvs, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, or similar).
Mid-level experience in sales development / pre-sales.
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or technology-related fields.
Excellent research skills, consultative approach, and clear written communication.
Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools and CRM systems.
Ability to engage with different decision-making levels (CFO, IT, and Operations).
Preferred: English and/or Spanish.
Prior knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Experience selling to medium and large enterprises with complex operations.
