About this role
Role Overview
Meet your sales targets.
The focus will be on creating upsell opportunities by identifying solutions and products that add value for customers.
Renewal sales: work together with the squad to develop renewal and expansion plans, ensuring a healthy renewal rate and increasing LTV.
Build and maintain close relationships with the customer base, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and efficiently resolving any requests or issues.
Actively participate in routine performance optimization calls for the Referral Program with all clients in your portfolio;
Update the consultancy's internal controls with results generated by clients;
Collaborate with onboarding, customer success, and technical support teams to maximize retention.
Requirements
Expert at building and strengthening strategic relationships;
Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and strategies;
Organized to manage multiple projects and concurrent demands.
