Develop and implement the action plan for servicing each account;
Lead team efforts in collaboration with technical, finance, administrative, and operations teams;
Drive sales processes in the private market, serving corporate clients;
Develop action plans to achieve targets, such as promotional campaigns for end customers, partner relationship management, organizing events, and supporting the production of marketing materials to strengthen the company brand and increase market share;
Execute specific initiatives focused on cloud computing projects in the Southeast region;
Prospect new cloud computing business and maintain the customer portfolio;
Prepare contract proposals and analyze opportunities;
Support clients on their digital transformation journey;
Conduct post-sales follow-ups to retain customers;
Perform other activities relevant to the role as required by the company.
Requirements
Experience selling managed Cloud services;
Advanced knowledge of Azure, AWS, Office, and Microsoft 365;
Experience in customer relationship management;
Previous experience as an Account Manager for Microsoft Cloud solutions is a plus;
Familiarity with the Azure, AWS, Office, and Microsoft 365 partner portfolios;
