Develop an effective business area strategy within the Great Lakes Territory and maintain it.
Improve ABB’s market penetration and realize growth aspirations.
Define, plan, lead, and ensure the execution of sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
Communicate to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions.
Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicate value proposition to customers.
Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support cash collection and project management activities when needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration or technical field with a minimum 7 years related experience, OR Master’s degree in Engineering, or Marketing, or Business Administration or technical field with a minimum 5 years of related experience.
Exceptional analytical, communication and leadership skills
Experience selling to electrical contractors required.
Understanding and experience with full portfolio of products and services (including power distribution one-line and installation products)
Demonstrated knowledge of electrical industry and ABB products.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
