Act as the primary interface for the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and government stakeholders, ensuring contract deliverables exceed quality, timeline, and budgetary standards.
Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and operational oversight to a diverse team of project managers, developers, instructional designers, instructors, and training assistants.
Lead strategic planning and monitor compliance with federal standards, including Section 508 accessibility, security protocols, and accreditation standards.
Coordinate resource allocation, project plans, risk mitigation, and financial modeling to ensure programmatic success.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of program or project management experience (federal government contracting environment highly preferred)
Mastery of modern project management systems (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent).
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly preferred.
Ability to obtain and maintain a standard federal background investigation/suitability determination.
