About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for a variety of graphic design tasks to support company marketing objectives, focusing approximately 65% on digital design and 35% on packaging.
Manage electronic pre-press functions, design internal and external publications, and create professional graphics for packaging, brochures, advertisements, and multimedia presentations.
Produce digital assets for e-commerce, social media, and marketing campaigns, including banners, resizes, digital shelf content, product shots, static visuals, and minor video editing.
Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors and agencies to meet project deadlines and maintain printing and digital quality standards.
Ensure brand consistency and creative cohesion across all executions while respecting the unique positioning and tone of each brand.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, packaging design, digital media, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in digital design and packaging, preferably in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), OTC, wellness, or health-related industries.
Experience with retail e-commerce platforms: Walmart Brand Shop, Amazon A+, and other retailer specific eComm content.
Experience leveraging AI-assisted design tools to improve creative workflow and production efficiency.
Understanding of e-commerce image standards & retail media ads, particularly for Amazon (SPV, custom DSP, and SBV) and Walmart (DSS and SBV).
Demonstrated expertise in pre-press, print production, and packaging design (mechanicals, die-lines, color management, regulatory requirements).
Strong portfolio showcasing both packaging and digital design work (campaign work, e-commerce, banners, web design, etc.).
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with Figma, XD, or Sketch preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
