Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
Develop and maintain integrations within Copilot Service Workspace
Implement and configure the Channel Integration Framework (CIF) to embed and connect external applications
Develop frontend logic and custom behaviors using JavaScript/TypeScript
Work with the Microsoft APM SDK to enable application integration within the Dynamics environment
Ensure performance, usability, and maintainability of implemented solutions
Collaborate with backend and integration teams to ensure end-to-end functionality

Demonstrable hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
Practical experience with Copilot Service Workspace
Practical experience with the Channel Integration Framework (CIF)
Practical experience with the Microsoft APM SDK
Strong JavaScript development experience in Dynamics environments
Ability to work on embedded/integrated applications within Dynamics (container-based approach)
TypeScript experience is desirable
Experience building custom UI integrations within D365
Knowledge of frontend architecture patterns in enterprise applications
