Role Overview
- Design new and rework existing game features and systems targeted to improve key game metrics
- Propose improvements and measures aligned with the game vision, player feedback, data analysis and business goals
- Create pitch presentations, wireframes and documentation to clearly communicate your designs to the team
- Utilize AI tools in your daily work to leverage your own output
- Transfer and adapt successful game mechanics from various genres
Requirements
- Experience in Game Design / Game Balancing or Product Management in free-to-play games
- Good understanding of LiveOps game dynamics, including monetization strategies, in-game economies and player behavior
- Aspiration to take ownership and striving to get things done with a cost/benefit mindset
- Strong written and spoken English
