Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end UX design: From discovery and concept through to polished, production-ready interfaces
- Build and evolve our design system and component library, establishing consistent standards that scale as the product grows
- Run user research, usability testing and stakeholder interviews to ground design decisions in real insight
- Partner with Client Success Managers to translate client feedback and business requirements into user-centred design solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience of UX/product design experience, ideally within a SaaS or digital product environment
- A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, strong visual craft and a clear design process
- not just polished deliverables
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to present and defend your design decisions to varied audiences, including clients
- The ability to work independently, managing and communicating your workload effectively
- A genuine curiosity about users, problems and systems
