Role Overview
- Leading credit analysis of large corporate clients, building a clear understanding of their business models, risks, and potential
- Preparing financial forecasts and presenting well-grounded recommendations to the Credit Committee
- Playing an active role in structuring financing solutions together with client executives and other stakeholders
- Bringing your perspective on industry developments, risks, and opportunities through sector insights and discussions
- Advising colleagues and clients on financial and risk-related topics
- Contributing to credit decisions, with the opportunity to take on greater decision-making responsibility as you grow in the role
Requirements
- A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate credit analysis
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting standards
- Solid financial modelling skills and the ability to translate numbers into insights
- A curious and thoughtful mindset, with the confidence to form and explain your own opinion
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and work effectively with different stakeholders
- Fluency in Latvian and English. English language required as you will prepare written analysis and present it to credit committee in English.
