About this role
Role Overview
Client acquisition and account management, including preparation and follow-up of client meetings
Responsible for developing long-term business relationships, including acquiring new clients
Independently manage your projects in consulting, interim management and personnel consulting (recruitment)
Build and maintain your own network of CFOs, managing directors and HR decision-makers
Independently conduct negotiations with our clients and interim managers
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration/economics
At least 2 years of professional experience in service sales, ideally from consulting or recruitment/HR consulting
Strong communication skills
Structured working style and strong organizational skills
Fluent German and good English skills
