About this role
Role Overview
Dealing with questions and queries in a friendly, balanced way.
Moderating user-generated content posted on pepper.pl (deals, comments, etc.) based on community rules and guidelines.
Mediate discussions and disputes within the community, ensuring that interactions remain respectful and constructive.
Promote engagement and participation within the community.
Helping with weekend shifts as a part-time employee.
Requirements
You are passionate about deals.
You are focused, friendly, and can remain calm in stressful situations.
You pride yourself on your problem-solving capabilities.
You work well as part of a team.
You have great time management skills and can demonstrate your ability to prioritize.
Fluent in English, and Polish speaker
