You consistently enforce claims: you independently manage enforcement measures — from deciding on the appropriate action to its concrete implementation
You prepare and send enforcement orders via EGVP (electronic court mailbox)
You analyze statements of assets and derive the next steps
You keep everything running efficiently: you process incoming mail from courts and court bailiffs and ensure nothing is left outstanding
You manage communication with all parties involved in proceedings — from debtors to attorneys to court bailiffs
You maintain case files and receivables accounts carefully, with an eye toward economically sensible follow-up processing
You review receivables accounts and identify optimization opportunities
You handle objections and appeals during proceedings confidently and solution-oriented
Your focus is on fast, effective enforcement — not on pure dunning
You actively contribute to the further development and digitization of our enforcement processes
You participate in cross-border proceedings within the EU, broadening your professional horizon beyond the German market
Requirements
You have completed commercial or legal training — for example as a legal assistant/paralegal, bank clerk, office management clerk, or in a comparable field
You bring initial professional experience from a law firm, a legal department, or in dunning/accounts receivable management — and are willing to work into new topics
You work carefully and in a structured way, keep an overview even with numerous concurrent cases and tight deadlines, and understand that accuracy in legal documents is not optional but a prerequisite
You communicate fluently in German and confidently in English (B2+) — German for proceedings, English for internal communication in our international team and for cross-border EU procedures; additional language skills are an advantage but not required
You are comfortable with digital tools and interested in working with new technologies — with us this includes the use of AI
You are happy to take responsibility, work independently and have the drive to settle in quickly and contribute actively
