About this role
Role Overview
- Assisting with the organization and execution of events and company functions
- Internal HR support
- Supporting topics such as personnel development, employment law, and occupational health and safety
- Conducting research and conference registrations
- Coordinating external service providers and suppliers
- Supporting other operational and administrative day-to-day tasks
Requirements
- Strong academic performance
- Some experience in event organization
- Flexibility, initiative, and strong organizational skills
- Available for at least eight hours per week
- Team player / ability to work in a team
